Terms of service

By using StreamHive you agree to these terms. We are candid about platform risk throughout the product and here: artificially inflating viewer numbers can violate streaming platform terms, and you use StreamHive at your own risk.

What StreamHive is

  • A browser ops deck that holds viewer sessions on residential hosts and, optionally, chatters on a separate host with personas. You point it at a channel you control and tell it how many viewers to hold and how to ramp.
  • We do not custody your Kick account. You paste a channel slug, not a Kick password.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One account per person for the beta. If you need multiple channels, use presets rather than multiple accounts.

Acceptable use

  • Use StreamHive only on channels you control. Do not use it to harass, spam, or impersonate.
  • Do not resell sessions or chatters as your own service, and do not reverse-engineer the chatter model or the proxy pool.
  • Do not use StreamHive to violate Kick's terms of service. We describe the risk honestly on the waitlist — this clause is not us pretending otherwise.

Platform risk

  • Kick and other platforms prohibit artificially inflating viewer numbers. Your channel can be suspended or banned if you use StreamHive. No provider can promise otherwise.
  • Host hygiene — one host per session, staged ramps — lowers how synthetic a run looks, but it does not remove platform risk.

Billing and plans

  • Free, Plus, and Pro tiers are described on /landing#pricing. We will show you the price before you pay and email you a receipt.
  • You can cancel at any time. Paid features stop at the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless the service was down for you and we agree it in support.

Uptime and support

  • We aim for the ops deck to be there when you go live. If it is down, we will say so on the status page and in the ops deck itself.
  • Support response times match your tier: Basic (Free), Standard (Plus), Priority (Pro). See pricing for the actual windows.

Disclaimer and liability

  • StreamHive is provided as-is, without warranties. We do not guarantee viewer count, retention, or chat warmup outcomes — they depend on Kick, on proxies, and on the stream itself.
  • To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for channel bans, lost revenue, or indirect damages.

Changes

  • We may update these terms when the product changes. If we do, we will post the new version here and bump the date at the top. Continuing to use StreamHive after a change means you accept the new terms.
