5. Video Content
The App allows users to upload and share videos. By uploading a video, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the necessary rights to upload and share the video.
• The video does not violate any of the App’s content policies, including but not limited to restrictions on illegal, harmful, offensive, or explicit content.
• You understand that your video may be publicly accessible on the App, and you grant the App the right to display and distribute your video as part of the service.

The App reserves the right to:

• Remove videos with no views or poor engagement after a certain period, to ensure the quality and relevance of content on the platform.
• Edit or format videos for technical reasons such as ensuring proper display on mobile devices or adapting to different screen formats.
• Delete videos that violate the App’s content guidelines or terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

• Engage in any activity that violates any laws or regulations.
• Upload, post, or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Harass, intimidate, or harm other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the App, including hacking or introducing malware.
• Upload or share sexually explicit or pornographic, or graphic sexual content. Content of this nature is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

7. Live Streaming and Events
The App allows users to live stream events and broadcast content. You agree to follow the platform’s community guidelines and to ensure that any content shared via live stream complies with applicable laws.

8. Payments and Monetization
Creators may be able to earn money through viewer contributions, memberships, or other monetization methods provided by the App. You are responsible for complying with all tax obligations related to your earnings.

9. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on viewer contributions, memberships, or purchases made through the App. All transactions are final.
Reason for No Refunds:
Viewer contributions are voluntary contributions made by users to support content creators. Once a viewer contribution is made, it is non-refundable, as it represents the creator’s acknowledgment of your support. Similarly, any membership purchases or other payments for services are processed immediately, and we cannot offer refunds due to the nature of the digital content and services provided.

10. Video Deletion for Low Engagement
We retain the right to remove or delete any videos or content that receive little to no views or engagement over a specified period. This action may be taken to ensure the quality and relevance of content available on the platform. If your video is removed due to low engagement, you will be notified via the email associated with your account.

11. Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review the Privacy Policy before using the App.

12. Third-Party Links and Content
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites. We encourage you to review their terms of service and privacy policies.
