Ticket Purchases

Streamhive sells ticketed access to scheduled live online events.

Unless otherwise stated on the event listing:

  • All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable

  • Tickets cannot be refunded for missed events, partial attendance, or changes in personal circumstances

  • Refunds are not provided for technical issues outside of Streamhive’s reasonable control (such as individual internet connectivity problems)

Event Changes or Cancellations

  • An event is cancelled and not rescheduled

  • Streamhive determines, at its discretion, that a refund is appropriate due to a platform error (such as an incorrect charge)

If an event is rescheduled, tickets may remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.
